Our philosophy is to empower individuals to take control of their health and fitness by providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed. We believe that everyone can achieve their fitness goals, and we're here to help you every step of the way.
Our CrossFit program uses functional, safe movements which scales with each person's relative intensity. During the 1 hour class time, we will develop technique for the movements of that day which will allow you to move safely and with intent. With workouts being constantly varied, every day feels like a new challenge!
Nutrition is the most important thing we can do for our health & wellness. At CrossFit Inspirit, we can help you formulate the best diet for you. Want to lose weight? Want to gain muscle? Want to seek a better understanding? We can help! Each membership comes with a nutrition diary that you can use to help make you accountable.
Justin "Mertz" Mehrtens
After finding CrossFit.com in 2007, Justin was introduced to a whole new way of working out. Several months of doing the "WoD" (workout of the day) on the website, he noticed changes in sports he was playing. His intensity and endurance was growing by leaps and bounds. For the next 4 years, he would routinely do "WoDs" throughout the week until finally walking into an actual CrossFit gym in Feb of 2013. As he dedicated himself to develop as an athlete more and more, he witnessed positive changes in his life. In 2015, he decided he wanted to help change other people's lives through CrossFit and took the CrossFit Level 1 certification to become a coach. During his coaching journey, he has accumulated multiple certifications and even achieving the prestigious CF-L3.
